Spheeres develops cloud-based software for all types of organizations. A platform in which all business processes come together. From CRM to invoicing, marketing activities, inventory management, a product configurator, possibilities to build workflows, etc.

 

Spheeres is a young, innovative player in the field of low-code software. Domestic and foreign customers are already convinced and are working with the development platform. Business applications can be made very easily by means of the low-code software platform. And this completely in line with the specific business processes. There is no programming involved here. We do translate the business processes into customized solutions for the customers. Configure and

we implement the solution.

 

What you're going to do

In this position you are the substantive point of contact for new and existing customers. You help customers with the configuration and implementation of our software via graphical screens. You analyze the customer's question and come up with creative solutions. Together with your colleague consultants you optimize the implementation process and you learn more and more about the application and business processes within certain industries. This way you can grow into a 'Lead Consultant' in an industry and you become responsible for onboarding new customers.

 

After a training and deepening in our low-code platform, you will become more and more familiar with the configuration options of the platform. You have a focus on better understanding customer needs and how to translate these into workflows, features and screens. To assist customers, you work together with the support team in Ukraine. Good command of English is therefore important. Of course we use the Spheeres platform ourselves and we register issues and monitor the implementation.

● You have knowledge of SQL and databases  

● Minimum HBO working and thinking level

● You are communicatively strong, have guts and are a logical thinker

● You enjoy taking on challenges, you are proactive and curious by nature

● Helping customers and finding solutions together gives you satisfaction

● You have an analytical streak and are used to working in a structured way

● You see working with a variety of industries and branches and dealing with different types of customers with unique needs as a challenge
