  • How secure is my data?
Multiple security layers, privacy by design. Too many to mention. To find out more, request the 'Spheeres and Security' document.
  • Who owns the data?
The ownership of the data entered and the data generated by the application rests with the customer. Spheeres may not and will not claim any rights to the customer data. A license does not entitle you to the so-called source code. A separate appointment can be made for an Escrow agreement.
  • Why not an accounting package?
Up to and including invoicing, processing takes place in Spheeres. Spheeres offers a 2-way link with financial systems. It supports, among other things, working with multiple administrations and intercompany bookings.
  • Who is Spheres for?
For organizations that realize that to participate in a dynamic world, change is the only constant. And who is Spheeres not designed for? For companies looking for a partial solution app. Not even for companies that think they are done with one Big Bang. This time calls for continuous improvement.
  • Can a customer make adjustments themselves?
A so-called 'Super User' is trained to make adjustments to, among other things, user rights, dropdows, templates and queries. The (re)design of the database structure and workflows is best done by a Spheeres consultant.
  • How are those adjustments going?
Spheeres has a number of graphic designers for customizing screens, workflows, queries and even the entire database structure. Furthermore, a DataWizard to create links. A Spheeres consultant can ensure that this toolbox does not become a Pandora's box. The consultant who normally analyzes business processes and who provides his analysis to the programmers can now define the operation of the application during one or more workshops. This direct way of communicating and executing clears up many misunderstandings. No hassle with complicated databases. Spheeres creates the database in the background, following strict development procedures for testing and acceptance.
  • Can the software be adapted at any time?
Yes, continuous improvement is our motto. These adjustments can be made while the organization continues to run. Another moto is change management or the structured approach to implementing the changes. A Spheeres consultant can advise on this.
  • Why low-coding from Sheeres?
Low-code and no-code software is usually used to quickly build smaller applications. Spheeres is company-wide software and has a basis of CRM, project management, ERP and service management functionality. Together with a Spheeres consultant, partner or your own administrator, you mold and shape this to your own needs. The combination of a powerful, feature-rich database platform with low-coding ensures extremely short implementation times with minimal error proneness. Spheeres has standard links, a security model and its own document management.
  • Why am I hearing more and more about low-coding?
Low-coding is making a breakthrough and has many advantages. Adjustments are made faster and at a lower cost and therefore without expensive and scarce programmers. Research shows that software that is adapted with low-coding is a good basis for better quality.
  • Why low code?
Low-code means that adjustments can be made without code or programming. Directly in consultation between the stakeholders of the organization and the Spheeres consultant. Faster, without noise, with higher quality.
  • Why the name Spheeres?
Spheeres stands for spheres. In Spheeres' universe, spheres of data are linked together and become information. The more links, the richer the information.
